The outdoor spaces are beautifully furnished, including rocking chairs on the front porch and a fire pit on the back deck, perfect for relaxing evenings. The cottage is within walking distance to Keyes, Kalmus, Veterans, Hyannis Port, and Eugenia Fortes Beachs, with Hyannis Harbor, and Old Hyannis Main Street all accessible via a short walk on sidewalks.

If you're interested in a peaceful retreat close to everything, please reach out. The cottage will be available for weekly rental late June, July, and August of 2026.

    Loved, loved this charming Cape Cod home! Beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation respite. Close to the beaches when we needed a walk on the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife when a night on the town was in order.     This home has everything you need for an ideal escape on the Cape. They have all the amenities that you would be looking for plus the location is ideal on a dead end street and only few hundred yards from one of the local town beaches. Looking forward to returning soon.

    We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Cod rental in July 2025! The home is newly remodeled and beautifully done — everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax comfortably, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
    The location was perfect. It's very close to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day, and there are lots of great dining options nearby. Whether we wanted a quick bite after the beach or a nice dinner out, we had plenty of choices within a short drive.
    Overall, this property was exactly what we were hoping for — spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Cape Cod!     show more show less

    We had a wonderful stay at this Cape house. The location is perfect—a short walk to the beach on a quiet, peaceful street, which made it incredibly relaxing. The house itself was great, with a huge deck that we're already looking forward to enjoying this summer. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in while traveling. Dan and Caroline were amazing hosts and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

    We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The location is incredible, just steps from Keyes Beach, which made morning walks and sunset trips to the water so easy and special.
    The house itself is so charming, not to mention spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. It had everything we needed for a relaxing Cape stay and felt like the perfect home base for exploring the area.
    Being in Hyannis Port was ideal. It was beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to do. You really can't beat the combination of the home and the location.

    We are a newly retired couple from San Diego, California, with two grown children who also live on the West Coast. Cape Cod has held a special place in our hearts for many years. We once owned a cottage in Chatham but sold it while we were busy raising our family in Southern California.

    On a recent visit back to the Cape, we quickly fell in love with it all over again. That trip inspired us to return and create a special place where our family can gather and enjoy the beauty and charm of Cape Cod for years to come.

    We have thoughtfully designed our cottage to feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming. During the summer months of July and August, we are delighted to share our home with other families who are looking to make their own Cape Cod memories.

    What is special about this property?
    Perfectly located close to everything, yet tucked away on a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac. It's wonderful to wake up, grab your coffee, and take a short walk to the beach.

    A quick stroll in the other direction brings you to historic Main Street, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors. The harbor is about a mile away, where you can watch fishing boats coming and going, enjoy one of the fantastic waterfront restaurants, or catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

    The home has been newly renovated with a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms. We carefully curated the furnishings and décor to create a cozy cottage feel while still offering modern amenities.

    What is special about your town?
    Hyannis has the charm of old world Cape but the conveience of modern living. There is a harbor and historic main street. There is also a comerical area where you will find any of the daily staples that modern humans tend to enjoy.There is a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods as well as a Target and a small shopping mall with deparment and chain stores. The town is a short distace from the Sagamore and Bourne Bridges which reduces your time in reaching your Cape Cod Vacation home.
