Welcome to Seas the Moment! Bring nothing but yourselves! Although we are a new listing, this is our 2nd home we have owned on the Cape. We've had over 100 5-star reviews at our previous home in Dennis. Come stay with us at our charming 3 BR, 1 1/2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 6. We are a short 5-10 minute drive to amazing beaches and near everything - the Melody Tent, downtown Main St. Hyannis, the ferry to MV or Nantucket, JFK Museum, the Kennedy Compound, endless shops and restaurants, gym, Cape Cod Mall, waterpark for kids, mini-golf, ice cream, pizza, liquor stores, local markets, groceries, butchery, fish markets. All of these are 5-10 minutes away from the house making this location fabulous for your stay on Cape. We're just off of Route 28 - reaching all the other towns the Cape has to offer. Five to seven minutes by car off the exit on Route 6 to the house.

This home just feels like the beach in every corner of the house w/ its blues and cream colors everywhere with unique artwork and beach touches all throughout! Guests will find 3 BR's - main BR on 1st floor (queen) next to Master bath and the other 2 BR's upstairs (queen BR and (2) twins in the other) with a 1/2 bath in between the bedrooms. Kitchen newly renovated w/ quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and open to bright & sunny dining room. Hardwood floors throughout. Living room comfy with bright picture window w/ 65 inch smart TV where you can enjoy streaming your fave shows. All three BR's also have Smart TV's. <br /> <br /> Washer/dryer downstairs for your use along with 6 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, & all accessories for the beach. We provide yard games & a nice firepit for roasting s'mores by the fire at night. Outdoor space includes a private yard with nice sunny deck overlooking back yard for grilling out, relaxing and having a glass of wine or el fresco dining or you may also enjoy eating at our picnic table in the yard. Outdoor shower in backyard. <br /> <br /> All linens, towels and beach towels provided during your stay making it easy to "just bring yourselves and enjoy"! Pack and play along with high chair for small children is also provided. AC and heat throughout home - whether you're here in the summer or in the cooler months. House available in fall/winter.
