Beautiful private sandy beach on Nantucket Sound is just a minute's walk from your doorway. Adjacent Kalmus and Sea Street beaches connect to provide opportunities for long walks. Views of ferries heading to the islands, wind surfers, sailboats and Kennedy Compound are sights from your beach chair. Or, relax on spacious wrap-
around porch, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and family conversation.

Main floor has one bedroom, full bath, open living room and dining area, adjoining kitchen and laundry area. Second floor has full bath, three bedrooms with deck off master bedroom. House is cooled by central air downstairs and mini-split units in each of the three bedrooms upstairs. Other features include our location on a quiet cul de sac, private neighborhood beach just five houses away, and outdoor shower. Walk to town, harbor, dining, docks, ferries, all within 3/4 of a mile.

You'll find our home well cared for to help ensure your enjoyable Cape Cod visit.
