Maid Service on Wednesday & Saturday. No cleaning fee. !
Air conditioning, BBQ grill, outside after-swim shower, washer/dryer, linens, books, games. Beach Pass included. NO SMOKING.
NO PETS. Great location , everything in the house you could think of wanting from beach chairs to and toys, board games, books . Includes shampoo, soap , paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent , dish detergent, dish washer detergent , etc. Just bring you, sunscreen and bathing suit.

    Wow - where to begin...We have stayed in this rental property four times. It was our first experience with rental vacation properties, and it truly spoiled us for other locations. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The description states that it sleeps six, but could sleep more. There is not a thing lacking. Everything is up to date, immaculate and incredibly well supplied!! When we rented, the parking/beach pass was included. It is an easy walk to the beach or quick drive to others (we are beach people - oh, and many beach toys, chairs, towels etc. are supplied. As we were flying in from Chicago, this was a huge bonus.) Many amenities/toys etc. for children are provided (and fenced yard). Outdoor shower was a favorite. Landlords are amazing!! Highly recommend this rental property.
