Beautiful Cape Cod House in Perfect Location!

We stayed here the last week of July 2021 and were so happy with this house. This house if full of character and so comfortable! SO many places to sit and relax. The backyard was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or dinner on the back patio.

When renting this home you really do not need to bring anything but your clothes and food- this house has everything you need and more. The homeowner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions anytime. I hope to stay here next year- my friends and family loved this home! show more show less

Can confirm all the reviews! This is a nice home with many personal touches (loved the pictures and memorabilia as well as the book and dvd collection.) Plenty of space inside and out to relax and play. The front and back yards were great! (We were greeted at our arrival by a little family of wild bunnies that were a joy to watch all week!!) Each room had an air conditioner for the hotter days and the beds and couches were comfy.

I cannot say enough about my stay in Hyannis at this house. It is located on a very quiet street about a mile from Craigville Beach and a short taxi ride to the downtown area that always has plenty of activities. Public Golf courses are also local to those who have interest. The home was impeccably clean and offered nice privacy in the back yard / patio area with a grill and firepit. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house has plenty of amenities, but I really enjoyed the 4 season porch to relax and read a book. The home was clean and tastefully decorated.

The yard is a great spot for cornhole or to sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The basement allows for some recreational pool and a sitting area. Having a second bathroom is a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet, and conveniently located to downtown and area golf courses. I will be back!

We have rented this home for 5 years in a row and absolutely love it. We are going again in August 2021. The beach is only a mile away is amazing as well. The home is very clean and has everything you need and the property is very private and large and very relaxing. Once you stay in this home, you will want to come back every year. There are plenty of games, a pool table, a full finished basement with weights and a washer and dryer. A beautiful, very comfortable home.

This Place was the perfect jumping off point for my family and I to experience summertime on Cape Cod. We come from Texas and wanted to see as much in a week as possible. After three days of spending time everywhere else, we saved the best for last and just hunkered down playing volleyball and corn hole at the house and taking the short bike ride to the beach. The house itself was really comfortable for the six of us, plenty of space and even an awesome pool room in the basement. The house was expertly clean and perfectly set up for a summer vacation! The location is hard to beat with being just a mile away from the beach. You can even walk to the beach and stop by a pizza shop halfway on your way back, that's tough to beat! My family comes here every year, and with the Owner Tom being so friendly, we definitely do not want to go anywhere else!

We love this house! I have rented it one week a summer for the last six years, with my kids, now ages 22, 23 and 26. The kids enjoy it as much as I do. The house is extremely clean every time we arrive. The host, Tom, is a very gracious host, leaves great maps, lists of things to do in the area, and always some special local treat is waiting for us. Plenty of room to cook, sleep, and lounge. Big yard for hanging out, grilling, and yard games, in a very quiet neighborhood. Beach is a walkable distance, which is awesome any time of day and night. Many other beaches nearby, too. Mini golf, shopping, restaurants, bike and walking trails are all close by; There is lots to do in this area. We can't wait to go back! Clean and homey relaxing residence. Always welcoming to families. Great amenities with a nice yard. Close to the beach. Loads of space inside with recreational activities in the finished lower level and yard. Equipped with all necessities such as a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, etc. Would highly recommend!!
