Close to Beaches &Downtown Hyannis - Quiet Tree-lined Street

My wife and our two young children had a wonderful time on our trip to Hyannis. The home is very well-kept and is located on a quiet residential street. It is very close to downtown where there are many nice restaurants and areas to walk. It was also a great benefit to have the beach pass which allowed us to visit several local beaches without extra cost. Jeffrey was courteous and accessible, and ensured that everything went well with our stay. We highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our summer vacation on the Cape in a comfortable and well equipped house. The best moments we had were our meals on the patio, surrounded by a grove of very tall trees, which created a small haven of silence and tranquility. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to all services and beaches. You cannot ask for more !

The owner was attentive to details and very friendly. We greatly enjoyed the daily rounds of the local turkey patrols!

My family and I have spent the last three summers at this home for a two week stay! Jeffrey the owner was wonderful in answering all of our questions and giving us recommendations! We have two kids and there is plenty of room for a family of 4! Enjoyed the 5 min drive to the beach daily! Close to shops, restaurants, beach! We will miss not returning this summer due to scheduling conflicts! Enjoy! Hope to be back soon!!!

We rented this house three times in September 2008, 2009 and 2013. The owner Jeffrey was very helpful. Our family of four including our dog had a very pleasant stay. The house is clean and cozy, full kitchen, 3 TVs, internet, private and quiet backyard with grill. Location is very convenient: very quiet block, close to the beach and shopping. We would definitely recommend this house.

The owner was very helpful, and the house was nice and clean. Quiet street with very little traffic. Relatively close to the beach, and the included pass for multiple beaches is great. The backyard is quiet and private. The house is also close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Very nice and clean house in quiet residential area. Close to everything. We spent one week there and we liked it. Fortunately, the weather was excellent!

This house was ideally located and spacious for a family of four including dog! It was walking distance to Hyannisport ... and short driving distance to great beaches and town center. Great backyard, 3 TVs and internet service. Lots of fun. Would come here again definitely especially since the owner was very sweet and helped out right away (like when I locked us out of the house).

We had the pleasure of staying in this home in July, 2009 for a week. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. The home was clean and comfortable with great amenities especially the wireless Internet and beach pass. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood on a huge lot. The backyard is very private and is a great place to relax. It was convenient to go into town, to nearby beaches, etc. We enjoyed the Hyannis area so much that we only left to go to Nantucket one day. The owner was fabulous for the first day we inquired about renting the home. Our deposit was returned to us within a week of our departure. We highly recommend that you consider renting this home when you're visiting the Cape. I know we'll go back the next time I visit the Cape! show more show less
