Enjoy the views of the bay and moonrise from your furnished deck that is surrounded by a large fenced-in yard with parking for two.

The home is in the perfect location for rest and relaxation, beaching, kayaking, shopping, dining, exploring Plymouth, Cape Cod, or Boston. Grays Beach and Park is steps away for an easy day at the beach, fun at the playground, or a visit to the basketball or tennis courts.

Historic Plymouth waterfront is 3 miles down the road, complete with the Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and some of the best summer shopping, dining and entertainment on the South Shore. Looking for an adventure? Hop on a whale watching boat, or take the ferry for a day trip to Provincetown. Cape Cod is farther down the road by 20 miles and downtown Boston is a quick 35 miles north of Kingston.

    Worth every dollar!

    Rented here for 2 months in the summer and had a fabulous experience. Beth the owner is incredible and the location is outstanding. We will be looking to rent again next year.

    Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend

    My family had a wonderful time staying here for a week! Beth is absolutely phenomenal!!! She went above and beyond for us - very hospitable! It was my husband and I and our three children (13, 5, and 1), and the house fit us comfortably, was very clean, and had everything we needed! The location was ideal in every way!

    Gray's Beach was an easy walk, and the beach itself was absolutely perfect for kids. At low tide, you can find shells, crabs, snails, and plenty of other interesting things! My kids also loved the playground. There are plenty of shaded picnic tables, and there was even a movie night at the park!

    The house is only a few minutes from Plymouth if you're interested in whale watching or visiting Plymouth Rock. We also greatly enjoyed Nelson Memorial Park! Another wonderful feature of the house is the backyard! The kids loved eating ice cream out there and playing.

    Overall, we just had the most terrific time and were so pleased with our stay! I would highly recommend!     show more show less

    Classic Cape Cod Cottege

    We had a wonderful time at the Kingston Bay Cottage! The house was just done over and everything was in perfect shape. We were familiar with the area but the house was closer to the beach than we thought. There was even a better water view than we expected.

    Beth is a fantastic host and exceptionally helpful in providing any information we needed. I would definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a relaxing a vacation
