The expansive deck features an umbrella-shaded dining table, plenty of comfortable lounge seating, and a perfect view of the heated pool where the kids will be splashing. At the opposite end of the pool, you'll find the cabana, complete with a wet bar and half bath. And everywhere you turn on this private acre plus, you're surrounded by carefully maintained gardens and planters abounding with fresh color.<br />Also, for your outdoor enjoyment, there's a gas grill, a fire pit, and an enclosed outdoor shower, the pleasure of which cannot be explained, but must be experienced.<br />Inside, the combination of comfort and good taste continues throughout this 3,200 sq. ft. plus home. An atrium ceiling with skylights creates a pleasant sense of space and light in the open-concept kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. There is seating for 10: six at the dining table and four more at the granite-topped island. A wall-mounted TV is strategically placed for dinner and dinner prep with a show. The dining area and kitchen flow into a good-sized living room with comfy lounge seating. Off the living room, there is an office area with another large-screen TV and a desk, if needed. There is a half bath on this level, along with a separate laundry room.<br />The house has five bedrooms and six baths, including two half-baths, one on the lower level and another half-bath in the pool area. The leading floor houses one of the two primary suites. It has a large king-size bed, a full private bath, and a large TV. On the second level, you'll find the other four bedrooms. First, there's the second primary suite. This one also has a king-size bed, a semi-private full bath, and a wall-mounted TV. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a TV. The final second-level bedroom has a set of bunk beds and one single twin trundle bed, for a total of four single beds.
