Welcome to Sweet Summer!

Our home is located in the quiet town of Marstons Mills on a very quiet drive with little to no traffic. The yard is just shy of an acre with plenty of space for the family to enjoy. Sweet Summer has a beautiful heated pool for use, private back deck with gazebo, large grill for cooking, along with an outdoor shower just right out the back door. The yard also offers a nice fire pit and saloon equipped with a bar and fridge to enjoy. (photos will be online ASAP). Dog park area is provided with a fenced-in area for your pup to safely enjoy their time.

Sweet Summer has a total of 5 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen size bed and 1/2 bath located right outside door. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a king sized bed along with on suite bath and large closet. We also have two more queen bedrooms and one room with two full beds. There is also a full bath in hallway for the three bedrooms to share with double sink and walk in shower. All bedrooms are provided with smart TV's, A/C, stand up fans, closet/ storage space and linens.

Linens and towels are provided at our home. All linens and towels are stored in upstairs large linen closet.

Dogs are allowed based on size! No dog larger than 60lbs and must meet our ins breed requirements. Dogs must be kept on leash unless in dog area in yard, must be on flea and tick preventative and must be okay with being left in crate when alone in home. (we will provide any size crate needed) $100.00 extra fee per dog.

Our kitchen is a Chef's grade kitchen with plenty of space. Large gas range, large fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, and plenty of cookware for use! Kitchen is an eat in kitchen with lots of space. Table seating for 8 inside, with another table seating with 6 outside, and bar seating with 2 stools.

Living room is very large with 3 sofas. Board games for family fun and smart TV. Gas fireplace for use in the chilly months. Living room does have AC.

Our home does come with window unit a/c. Every bedroom will have a window unit along with the living room having a large window unit. Home stays very comfortable.

    Exceeded expectations!

    I am happy to say our party had a great stay at SWEET SUMMER in the sweetness of fall. This is the second rental from the hosts that I have enjoyed. We have stayed at their WNAV, Sweet Blue for several stays and have come to rely on fact that we have found a rental that is complete comfort in every detail. This property gets the same applause.

    The home has ample room for large party or family that wants to happily vacation and or celebrate together. Everyone can find their own space to relax if needed, with Smart tvs in every room . Enough quiet to take a call, or an online course( if someone comes with work to do) or be on line for a meeting. Most importantly the hosts get the comfort level in the bedding and linens never one complaint which translates to restful and relaxed guests! The level of detail around comfort and cleanliness cannot be understated in this home.

    The home is an easy point A to get anywhere and back. Head to Hyannis to visit the JFK museum or the Ferry and a trip to the Vineyard for the day. When you return Don't worry your kitchen is always open! And all the necessities for a good meal are here. The market is just a mile away choose to shop once or daily. Or not all!

    Return from the day and sprawl out with games or ( when the pool is open) enjoy swimming with the kids. I can't wait for my already booked vacation hanging by the pool. The deck is large enough for yoga before a swim!

    Get out a map and mark your nearby beach visits, including fishing and swimming at nearby Lovells Pond a mile from the house . Across the street from the pond are hiking trails to enjoy before dinner is ready. Or Head to the beach and return to the refreshing outdoor shower . This home offers a great yard for exploring , catching firefly's , and playing hide and seek. And of course the fire pit for smores, and laughs. Morning coffee over looking the pretty yard on the deck. The host often leaves guests a local favorite to taste, not giving away all the fun here.

    Without a doubt all details make this an easy amazing stay. We love the keyless entry. Enough room on the lot for several vehicles with ease of getting in and out. This is the right choice, not one thing missing from this beautiful rental. Much thanks to the owners for their time and attention to detail. This is a property that is well cared for and exceeded all expectations!

    Hi! We are Matt and Kaylyn, we have been loving cape cod for years. January 2022 we were finally in a position to be able to purchase a home for ourselves. We love to vacation on the Cape and wanted to share our favorite place with many other family's that love the Cape too!
    Matt is a small business owner and has had an auto repair shop/ used car lot for the past 14 years.
    Kaylyn works side by side with Matt and helps with the business.
    This is our third year renting on the Cape, we have had so many great guests the past two years. We have had no issues with comfort, home being clean, or functioning issues. We pride on how the home is upkept to make your vacation is perfect.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is very quiet! We have almost an acre of property that is just nice to be outside and relaxing. We have created a large firepit area, a cozy outdoor shower and a back deck with all the must haves for a vacation! When you step foot on the property you feel a relaxed feeling immediately.

    What is special about your town?
    Marstons Mills is the home for any kayakers dream! We have 6 very desirable ponds that are fantastic for kayaking and fishing!
