Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower.

The house is located on a quiet street with a private, fenced-in yard and ample parking for guests. The end of the street has water access and a public boat ramp less than a mile away. South Beach is a 10 minute (7 mile) ride.

    Perfect Family Retreat

    Wow, we had so much fun here. The pool was amazing, the grandkids also loved the same room and ping pong table. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really appreciate the comfortable bed. We will definitely be back next summer.

    Mini Reunion

    Just got back from our vacation at this gorgeous home. The house was so much more than what we expected. The description on the website is very modest compared to our experience. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished, the décor very tasteful and modern. With four large bedrooms, it is perfect place to retreat with friends and family.

    The fenced in backyard was very well maintained. The heated pool was a great way to spend the day or cool off with a quick dip at night. The fire pit added relaxation after long days of shopping and beaching.

    Mashpee Commons was within minutes and the beach was only seven miles away. Plenty to see and do. This home made our stay on the Cape a very enjoyable one and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!     show more show less
