This waterfront home is located within an exclusive setting. It's a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that includes a heated pool, over an acre of private woods with a beautiful overview of Ockway Bay and Popponesset Bay that leads to the ocean (Nantucket Sound).. Watch the boating and wildlife activities on the bay from 3 levels of outdoor balconies and patios. Totally private, yet minutes to the beaches. The dock allows for boating, kayaking and other water related activities. The open ocean is just around the bend.
The 'SPIT' beach is around the corner by kayak/boat or 1.5 miles by foot, bike or car (there is no drop off by car allowed at that beach).. The beautiful South Cape beaches are just 3.5 miles down the main road (municipal and state parking lots). There is a children's museum/play place within walking distance too. The first floor has 9 foot ceilings, crown moldings throughout with huge sitting and eating areas, all with walls full of windows overlooking water, woods, and the pool area. It also has a bedroom off the foyer with a queen size bed and views of the water. There is a half bath on this level. An elegant staircase leads you upstairs to 2 suites. The master has a queen size bed, a jacuzzi in its bathroom with double sinks, a walk in closet, and its own large gazebo balcony overlooking the property. The guest suite has a queen size bed, a full bath and walk in closet, as well as an abundance of windows and water views.
The lower level has a Smart 65 inch TV in the large family room. Off this area is a large open area containing a table and counter with stools to accommodate entertaining separate from upstairs. Adjacent, there is a bedroom containing 1 set of bunk beds and 2 twins (4 total). This level includes 8 foot ceilings, a smaller full bath (w/shower stall) and a laundry room. This ground level (above grade) also has fantastic views thru the walls of windows overseeing the water, pool and woods. The rear glass door leads to the pool and patio area, as well as the driveway.
Outside is the heated pool and comes with an abundance of outdoor landscape lighting for great ambiance at night. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor 8 person bar with granite tops ,65 inch tv, Sonos stereo and heaters under a beautiful pavilion.This area is surrounded by a large patio area with views of the bay, complete with a patio propane heater and fire top table. Off the patio are steps to a large fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chairs. A walk through the path and stairs leads to the dock for exceptional views of the bay. The property extends nearly 300 feet along the bay with a huge amount of space/buffer to the neighboring docks This house sits high up on a knoll, amongst trees and bushes, giving you privacy from those on the water and at the adjacent properties.
