Both sunroom and dining area have sliders onto a large deck with Weber grill and propane firepit. The top Floor has a master bedroom with a new bathroom.

The house has wifi, washer/dryer, Microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Outside has a patio, stone firepit, propane firepit, outdoor shower, large deck with outdoor dining area, grill, and sectional. Great place to relax.

The property is a short walk to South Cape Beach and 100 yards from an association beach with a dock that has beautiful sunsets. Mashpee Commons, shops, restaurants and Popponesset Marketplace is a short drive.

    2nd time renting here! its a perfect rental if you have kids! has all the amenities you need, washer/dryer (huge + with our large family), outside shower and AC which is a must for us. Kids loved the fire pit out back, smores every night! and us adults even had our own electric fire on balcony. Short walking distance from 2 beautiful beaches. there is a dock at the bay down the street, the boys loved fishing and kayaking. Owner allows usage of his fishing rods, 2 brand new kayaks, and beach chairs. It was a lifesaver, kept kids busy and also not having to bring it ourselves! show more show less

    I have been going to different parts of the cape my whole life and found that for me this is the best part of the cape. It checks off all the boxes of what you need.

    What is special about this property?
    Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac that is a 100yards from Waquoit Bay that is great for the kids to explore fish Kayak or just sit on the dock and watch the sunset.

    What is special about your town?
    The town of Mashpee has it all. The Mashpee commons for great food and shopping. South Cape beach is one of the nicest and has a great view of Martha''s Vineyard.
