    Luxury during a sunny week

    We found this home to be thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed with all that we needed. The decks, plantings, grill, pool, relaxing areas, spa, outdoor shower 2 living rooms fantastic kitchen were all impressive and functional. And comfortable beds! We had a wonderful relaxing week. New Seabury is a great development with shops and restaurants as well. High end features throughout.

    We love the Cape! And we love sharing our home with others who also appreciate the Cape lifestyle. Whether you are looking to unwind by the pool and hot tub, hang out at the beach, walk to the Marketplace, shop/dine/play in Mashpee Commons, or explore Falmouth and the coast, our house has something for everyone.

    What is special about this property?
    With a large, heated private pool and a 6 person hot tub, our home affords a perfect place to relax and unwind. Located in New Seabury, in walking distance of the Marketplace and other New Seabury amenities such as walking and biking trails, this is an easy place for friends and families to enjoy.

    As wikipedia notes, Mashpee /'mæ?pi/ is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States, on Cape Cod. The population was 15,060 as of 2020.[1] The town is the site of the headquarters and most members of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, one of two federally recognized Wampanoag groups.

    As part the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' mission to support the creation, management, and dissemination of cultural heritage materials, we acknowledge Indigenous Peoples as the traditional stewards of the land, and the enduring relationship that exists between them and their traditional territories.
