Kitchen with bartop dining and slider that leads to deck, patio and backyard with built-in firepit. Kitchen opens to separate Dining area, and Living Room is just on other side of the stairway to 2nd floor.<br />Queen Bedroom and full Bath with tub/shower complete the 1st floor with full size laundry located in basement. Spacious King Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and skylights, full Bath with tub/shower and open Den area located on 2nd floor.<br />AC window units in each Bedroom and Living Room keep you comfy. In addition to the Association beach, Johns Pond Park at the north end of the pond is open to the public, offering a beach with large parking area and miles of hiking trails for bird watching enthusiasts.<br />Explore the fabulous shops, restaurants & entertainment at nearby Mashpee Commons or plan a day trip to South Cape Beach on Nantucket Sound. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. <br />State and local taxes are charged if applicable. <br />For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.<br />A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
