This vacation rental in Mashpee is an absolute gem. I've had the pleasure of staying here for the past two years, and it truly feels like a hidden slice of paradise. The home comfortably sleeps a large group, making it perfect for gathering with friends or family.

The location is unbeatable. It's just five minutes from beautiful beaches, fresh raw bars, and a grocery store for anything you might need. But what really makes this place special is the property itself. It's incredibly private, peaceful, and designed for memory-making. We've spent countless nights around the fire pit, shared laughs on the dock under the stars, and started our mornings with stunning kayak rides on the calm water. There's even great fishing right off the dock!

Maria, the host, is truly one of a kind: kind, responsive, and always just a message away if you need anything. Her hospitality and attention to detail make the stay even more enjoyable. She's unbeatable!

Perfect location and house with ample space for our family. House was extremely clean and has everything you need for your perfect vacation with family. Walkout basement renovation was very nicely finished with two big bedrooms with ocean views. Kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed a nice note from Maria and some welcome wine in the wine refrigerator. House is very secluded but only minutes away from shopping, restaurants and of course brewery and winery. (bring your pets too). My family enjoyed the sea kayaks and fishing off the pier. (My husband and kids favorite thing to do) and of course sitting all together on the deck. I do want to mention that if you are looking for owners that will go above and beyond to make your stay the best Maria and Ernie certainly do that. Ernie came out after we had a broken dishwasher the next day to replace it. No easy drive on memorial day weekend! Communication with Maria from beginning to end was easy and had quick response.
