    This home was perfect for a family vacation. It is spacious and comfortable, in a great location for water activities on the Bay, and an easy drive into Falmouth and Wood Hole. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful Cape Escape!

    We stayed at this home over the week of 4th of July! The house is perfect for a family vacation - clean, peaceful and has all the accommodations needed for a family.
    We truly enjoyed the evening at Popponessett Marketplace. The Raw Bar is awesome!
    We brought our bikes and enjoyed being able to ride around the neighborhood, to the marketplace and to the quaint, nearby beach with bike parking.
    It was great having such close access to the bay for kayaking too! The kayaks provided were an unexpected plus.
    Mashpee has so much to offer and we loved everything about our week away. Already booked for next season!     show more show less

    New and spacious, a true gem. Close to bay so you are away from the traffic of the ocean. Great space to entertain and hang with loved ones!
