This home is perfect for your Cape escape - located only 3 miles from Popponesset Marketplace with the famed Raw Bar and Inn (for wedding guests!)! Mashpee commons is 10 mins away too - enjoy all they have to offer there with shops, fitness centers, restaurants, coffee shops and the Mashpee farmer's market!

Walk to small Association Beach/dock which also has a playground, bocci, volleyball and cornhole.

AC and gas fireplace make it cool in the summer and cozy in the fall! Walk the neighborhood, bike (2 bikes on property) to the beach or take advantage of the State Park and enjoy the hiking trails.

Catch the sunset by the association dock or on The Town of Mashpee Beach!

    Hi! I'm Jacqui—welcome to Liv's by the Sea.

    Growing up just north of the city, I've spent my summers on the Cape for as long as I can remember. It's always held a special place in my heart. With two young children and two dogs, my husband and I decided it was time to create a home where we could build lasting summer memories together.

    When we're not able to be here, we hope others can enjoy the magic of the Cape and make unforgettable memories of their own at Liv's by the Sea.

    What is special about this property?
    When we started looking for a Cape house, this was the very first one we saw—and we instantly knew it had to be ours. From the thoughtful layout and modern updates to the incredible outdoor space, it felt like the perfect fit for our family—and it might be for yours, too!

    As you enter, you're welcomed by a formal sitting area that flows seamlessly into an updated kitchen, dining area, and a sun-drenched second living room. The first floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering great flexibility for guests or main-level living.

    Upstairs, you'll find spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for the whole family. The finished basement has been a favorite hangout spot for the kids, complete with a game room they absolutely love.

    Out back, the serene deck has been our go-to spot for family meals, overlooking a fenced yard where the kids play on the swingset and the dogs run free. And of course, no Cape home is complete without an outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach.

    We've cherished every corner of this home and hope you'll fall in love with it just as we did.
