The home was extremely clean & the owner Louise provides the best accommodations that includes a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the heated pool was my favorite place to lounge around with family & friends. If you're looking for a peaceful & relaxing place to vacation, I would recommend the Pool Villa.

We stayed in the summer at Poolvilla 7008 ID 13252. It was OUTSTANDING! The unit was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything inside was high end quality appliances and furnishings. Everything that you could need was supplied except for food and your personal items. Our granddaughters room was done up in Little Mermaid just for her to our surprise. A 10 min ride to stores if you needed to go. Extremely quiet and relaxing as the unit is located on a golf course and a dead end. Louise was spot on with any questions we had or needs. I would stay at any of her rentals without hesitation. Great hostess and very attentive to your needs.

Louise is a wonderful host. Her home is super clean, quiet, and beyond well stocked. She has everything you could ever possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. Everything is set up to be comfortable and welcoming. The beach is close. The pool is private and wonderful. We can't wait to return next year!

This pool villa at New Seabury was so perfect for our week on the Cape! Louise and David have provided EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a relaxing wonderful week away. Their personal touch is throughout the villa...impeccably clean, and the private pool was amazing! We will be back again this summer!

This beautiful pool villa is the perfect spot! The home is beautifully decorated and has every little thing you could possibly need. The pool area is so relaxing and inside is comfortable and oh so clean! David and Louise are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything! My husband and I are in the hospitality industry and loved all the personal thoughtful touches. 2018 is the first time we had stayed and won't be the last! Plush pool towels, great beach chairs, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and so much more than a usual holiday rental home! Well done!

New Seabury fantastic vacation condo home! It was so sparkling clean and updated! We, along with our 2 grandchildren (ages 4 and 6) loved every minute! We especially appreciated our private heated pool! Felt like being at our own resort! Our hosts buy new sheets, towels, and comforters each year! We spread out on both floors and the 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect! There was even a washer and dryer as well as 4 TVs!

Fabulous location! Private yet It was close to MarketPlace restaurants, miniature golf and even early evening live entertainment and dancing for the little ones!, We drove about 5 minutes to South Beach for wave jumping and castle building! We loved shopping at nearby Mashpee Commons!

Our hosts, Louise and David, were wonderful and so helpful! We look forward to returning for many years! What a great value! A++

WOW !!! This has been an absolutely wonderful "home away from home" experience. Miles better than a 5 star hotel !! We commend you tremendously on the cleanliness of the home. It is impeccable .The home is completly well equipped and stocked with "top of the line" items,down to the smallest detail.We did not lack for anything.
