Steps to a private sandy beach, and walk to restaurants and Popponnesett Marketplace. Enjoy ocean views and breezes from every room. Upstairs deck and first floor patio. New living room furniture and kitchen. Free WIFI, TVs in Den and Gazebo room.

The Marketplace is a short 5 minute walk from the Village and has restaurants, cafes and eateries, bakery, ice cream shoppe, pizza shop, grocery store, retail shops, special events and music, mini golf, bike rentals, and more.

Steps from our cottage is the Association's South-facing private sandy beach. The beach is meticulously maintained by an annual beach nourishment of between 8,000 - 12,000 cubic yards of sand.
