This striking and bright house is a treat to be in. It is surrounded by walking and bike trails, short drive to lovely state beach or walk to Popponesset spit.

First floor kitchen, dining room, living room, den and primary bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a full size tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. First floor laundry and guest bathroom. Off the living room, you can sit outside on the large deck with gas BBQ. Off the dining room, you can escape to the large screened-in porch.

Second floor has large bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with full size bed. Second floor also has large full bathroom and lots of closet space.

Comfort:
The interior has 3 zone air conditioning with air purification, dehumidifier, guest bath, primary bedroom.

Kitchen has all appliances you want, with gas stove, disposer, microwave oven, 12-cup drip coffeemaker and Keurig. Dine in bay windowed area

Entertainment:
Cable TV, Wireless Internet, 55" TV on first floor den....

This area has a lot of entertainment nearby with great shopping, restaurants, Cape Cod's best lobster rolls, ice cream, movies and playhouses... all within a few minutes drive.

    A Great Vacation Home

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was bright and cheerful with no detail overlooked. The owner took great care to provide everything needed for us to feel welcome and comfortable. Being a family of 5 adults there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and the BBQ grill seemed brand new. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and Poppy Marketplace. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We highly recommend this home.

    Perfect house in great location. Immaculate and beautifully furnished. Cul-de-sac location and plenty of room between the neighbors only 6 houses on the street.. Nice walk to the "spit" or the marketplace.

    We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee, watching the birds and chipmunks, even a few wild turkeys. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home.

    Beds are comfortable, towels are plush, what else can we say.

    We plan to come back again next year. We hope you can get there but don't book my week! show more show less

    Welcome!

    Our family grew up spending summers on Cape Cod and were one of the original homeowners in New Seabury! We've always loved that special feeling of going to the beach, taking walks, getting ice cream, playing mini-golf, and just hanging out. Our parents built a newer substantial year-round home when they retired, and that's the one we are sharing with vacationers.

    Now we have two other homes nearby and have decided to once again share this one with vacationers. We hope you will have as much fun here as we have. And since we are nearby we are glad to help with whatever you need to make your stay memorable.

    What is special about this property?
    It's set back on a quiet cul de sac, with lots of walking trails nearby. About a mile to the Popponesset Spit, and easy walking distance to the marketplace with the Raw Bar, live music, lobster rolls and more. Our house has all the conveniences along with a screened porch (nice for enjoying coffee or wine), and is filled with art work, books to read, games to play, bird-watching breakfast nook and more. We rented it out briefly 2021 and then enjoyed it ourselves the past few years.
