This is our second time staying at Patty's beautiful home and we couldn't be happier. This home is a 2 min walk to a quiet, pretty beach and a 5 min walk to shops, mini golf and delicious restaurants. We also brought our bikes and were able to ride all around New Seabury right from the cottage.

This home is recently renovated, extremely clean, and has all the amenities you could need. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, bedding, kitchen supplies and a washer/dryer. Patty was quick to reply to any questions I had and was a pleasure to chat with! I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Cape! show more show less

One of the nicest rentals we've rented in this area, complete with all necessary items, plus a fully stocked Nespresso machine which we took full advantage of. Central air to keep cool, bright and airy decor, comfortable sofa and recliner and just steps to the private beach, shopping center at Maushop Village and a short ride to Mashpee Commons for all your dining, shopping and entertaining needs. No need to ever leave the neighborhood once you're stocked up on food!

We had a wonderful stay at the McDonald's property. We've stayed at many units in Maushop over the past 20 years, and this one was one of the best. We could tell that great thought and care went into welcoming guests. Everything that we needed was there. The unit was exceptionally clean and updated and the AC was much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

I was fortunate to stay at the McDonalds' beautiful cottage for three months. Patty and Tim are quite knowledgeable about all things Maushop, which was invaluable. They also follow every rule and regulation associated with COVID-19, which was very comforting. Their responsiveness is remarkable...in a great way! The cottage itself was sparklingly clean and provided everything anyone would ever need. Maushop can be noisy, but this location was very quiet. Proximity to the beautiful beach was so convenient. We enjoyed a wonderful week in this cottage! It was super clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation by the beach. The beach is a two minute walk away - we enjoyed walks on the shore in the morning, fun in the afternoon sun, and flying kites on the beach at night. We had a hot week and we really appreciated the air conditioning at night. We rode our bikes to the marketplace and Deans pond for fishing with the kids. We have vacationed in Maushop before with our two kids - you cannot beat the location, beach, privacy and relaxation. Patty was so responsive right from the beginning and made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Patty is a wonderful owner. My family and I rented this cottage for a week and had a relaxing and memorable vacation. The cottage is in close proximity to a private beach and walkable to the marketplace. Can't beat the location. If you're looking for a little taste of paradise, this little cottage provides just that. The cottage was clean, updated and super cute. We can't wait to come back!
