About this space.

This is a special place for great spring, summer, fall, and holiday memories! Its location and proximity to the beach make it extremely convenient and friendly for couples and families. No roads ever need to be traveled as it's set so close to the beach making it stress-free and kid-friendly. Beautiful views of Nantucket Sound. The immediate surrounding neighbors include some of the nicest beach homes around. Relaxing and fun!

The location.

The location is as ideal as it gets for Cape Cod surrounded by the New Seabury Beach Resort. There are cafes, restaurants and recreational places (like miniature golf) within walking distance, and just a bit beyond, first-rate shops, bowling, and more.

Guest access.

Full access to Maushop Village Beach. Each guest gets one parking spot.

Other things to know.

I usually rent Saturday to Saturday during summer months. However, week to week rentals will be considered upon the Massachusetts new state rules and regulations regarding COVID-19. I also will rent month to month for June, July, August, September, October, etc. I would also consider long term rentals for the summer months.

    Amazing stay

    Maushop Village was the perfect oasis for my son and I. The area is breathtaking! It provided the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. This cottage had the best location of all of the rentals within the village - very close to the beach and within walking distance to the shops/restaurants. However, the highlight of this rental is the Homeowner - Rosemary. She went out of her way to accommodate us in more ways than I can count. She made a special trip to meet us on our first day there; she provided tips and tricks to navigating the area; and she communicated well before, during, and after our trip. The cottage is extremely well-equipped. I appreciated not having to buy a lot of extras, as she really thought of everything. And it was very clean! We stayed in June. And while there is no A/C, it was not needed. The coastal breeze was perfect. The location felt very safe, as well.

    Wonderful Beach Cottage, Great Location

    This was my family's 4th summer vacation in Maushop Village. This cottage had the easiest access to one of the best private beaches on the Cape. The cottage was as described, clean and bright. Rose was great to work with!

    Lovely Cape Cod Cottage
    September 2022

    We returned to the Cape for the first time in several years. We've always stayed in Maushop Village and Rose's cottage was ideal. It was clean, well kept and well equipped. It accommodated the four of us perfectly. It really was just a two minute walk down a shell path to a beautiful private beach. It was everything we expected and hoped it would be. We're planning to book next year ASAP.
