Beautiful New Seabury Home, Private Heated Pool, Central Air

We rented Susan's house 8/24/2024-8/31/2024 for a family vacation with adult kids. House was fabulous! Very well maintained and clean. Susan was both very helpful and responsive. Plenty of room for six adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool deck! Location was also great; very close to the ocean as well as Mashpee commons. Falmouth was an easy drive to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 recently stayed at Susan's home and had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, well organized, and fully stocked with everything our family needed (and more!) for our week by the beach. We all loved having the pool to enjoy during our stay. The community is quiet and peaceful...perfect for walking, running, or biking. South Cape Beach was an easy drive or bike ride from the house.

Writing this review from Susan's patio, illuminated by twinkle lights, on a beautiful evening in New Seabury. This condo offers the best of both worlds: a fantastic pool and a short drive to the beach. Susan's place had everything we needed. It was cozy inside and even better outside. Highly recommend this condo; it couldn't have been more perfect for our family.

We loved our time here!
The space was clean and cozy with easy access to all that Mashpee and Falmouth have to offer. The pool is an amazing addition for days when you don't want to pack and prep to head to the beach.
Everything we needed was here and we had a blast!

My family and I stayed here the last week of June 2021. The condo village is very quiet, and the backyard with pool was quite private. Susan's home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. All the cabinets and outlets are labeled so you know where everything is at a glance.

The pool was perfect for our 2 boys, although the heater could have been a little warmer, as the water was chilly sometimes. But Susan was great at coming by not only to check the pool, but she was quick to respond when the power went out due to a blown transformer after a driver hit a pole down the road.

There's plenty of room to spread out, and it was great to have 2 separate bathrooms. The condo is very detail-oriented with towels, pillows, laundry detergent, and a variety of floats/toys for the pool. The grill and patio near the pool were perfect for lunches and dinners, and we did utilize the dining room table a few times when we cooked in the kitchen.

Our family rents this property every summer and have been for the past 5 years. It's our favorite place to get away on vacation. It's very peaceful and relaxing. Since Susan has become the owner of this property she has done many improvements and it only has added to this relaxing spot on the Cape. The heated pool is a plus and there are times we can't get the children out of the pool. They love it!

The location is great just minutes away from New Seabury Marketplace where you can dine, play mini golf or shop. The Mashpee Commons are very close by as well, great place to shop, dine and spend the day.

My family absolutely loves this home and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It's truly one of a kind! We always look forward to our summer vacation.

This vacation home is extremely the best! My family and I have been renting every year for almost five years and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The owner continually updates and improves the home! You don't have to bring anything with you! The owner supplies towels, linens, and an updated kitchen and spacious rooms! The children absolutely love the heated in ground pool! The neighborhood is friendly and quiet not to mention the residence is totally private! If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation this is the place to rent! And the home is very clean and that's a plus for me! show more show less

I have rented this property for the last 6 years. New owner since 2019. The house is a gem. Updated kitchen, carpeting, paint, AC, well maintained and immaculate. Comfortable and spacious.

Outdoor patio lends itself to relaxing moments without leaving the premises, heated pool, new BBQ, and additional deck. Location is prime within the New Seabury community. Convenient to Mashpee Commons with great restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Falmouth Center and South Cape Beach. />

I have been coming to this lovely Cape house for 5 years. When Susan bought the house 2 years ago she did a little remodeling...updating the kitchen, adding new carpeting and changing the furniture as well as painting. By adding her personal touches the house became a home. The heated pool is a welcomed addition and there is plenty of room outside for friends and family.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this property was/is. We stayed for two weeks. The home was easily accessible. A great location not far from the beach. A great pool which is fun for children and adults.
The property provides sufficient space for multiple occupants such that one does not feel on top of others.
The Homeowner was very available and extremely helpful. We never felt that we were left hanging nor on an endless hold.
When we first arrived at the beginning of our vacation, we looked around and said, almost in unison, "...we could get used to this!" It was lovely. show more show less
