We had a great time staying at Fiddler Crab. The house was gorgeous and we really appreciated having the heated pool in the backyard. The house is conveniently located to multiple beaches, great restaurants and kid friendly activities.

We had a great experience - the kids loved the pool and it was great being so close to the beach. House is comfortable and clean and Prescott was extremely responsive. Would book again for sure!

Fiddler Crab Lane was one of our best family vacations. It is difficult to assemble all of our children and grandchildren in one spot so want it to be right and it was. Everyone loved the house, the gathering spaces on both floors were great. The seating was ample and comfortable. Good beds. The deck was beautiful as was the pool. The grandkids loved their room with the blue lights. big hit. Son's in-law enjoyed the kyaks. We all loved the neighborhood and the ability to venture into some parts of the cape we had not seen before. The New Seabury marketplace was a hit and so convenient. show more show less

Comfortable beds! Great pool! And lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to relax as a large group! Cute neighborhood and lots of beaches nearby. Homeowner was very responsive with any issues which made for a great stay. We are definitely planning to come back!

Our weekend stay on this property was fenomenal. The owners took care of every detail and were available to answer our questions upon our arrival. The house is located in a quiet (almost private) neighborhood with a gorgeous view and access to the water in the back. The house is spacious with common areas on both levels, which can easily accommodate large groups for entertaining. In the backyard we enjoyed the heated pool, perfect for day or night time. The house is clean and well maintained, and we even found a great local brewery close by for lunch and drinks. So glad that we found this house for our weekend getaway! Clean, spacious, and full of charm. Multiple common areas both indoors and out meant that the kids and grownups had plenty of space to relax. Beautiful flowers surround the property and bay views abound from practically every room. The downstairs bedroom with the under-bed lighting was a big hit and something we'd never seen before! And can't beat the location - only moments from shops, but still a lovely, quiet neighborhood for biking and walking. We had a wonderful visit to Cape Cod. The home we rented had a great layout with a spacious master bedroom and lovely views of the water throughout the house. We had plenty of room for our extended family. The grandkids loved the game room and having their bedrooms on the lower level. We were able to take a nice walk on private roads viewing other lovely homes. We will definitely rent this home again

We stayed at Prescott's place during the winter season. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the little touches such as the kid friendly dishes as well as everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals! We loved that the there were 3 bedrooms with comfortable KING size beds, which is a rare find! Most rooms have views of the water. The location is perfect in New Seabury and the home had plenty of space to spread out. We did walk the mile to the beach, but we plan to come back this summer to enjoy the dock, pool and kayaking :) show more show less
