This is a great place in a great location. The marketplace is right next door with nice stores to eat and shop. We enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Check-in and check-out was easy. The owner is easy to get in touch with and was quickly responsive to questions. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway, and we would certainly stay here again.

This end unit was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay on the Cape! It was exactly as advertised and was a 1 minute walk from both the Popponesset Inn and the Popponesset marketplace, which was also perfect for us. Would highly recommend and we will absolutely consider this property again next time we're traveling to the Cape.

The condo is tastefully furnished and decorated. Comfy beds and quality linens. Spotless, quiet and convenient (right next to the Market Place). Great host, warm and responsive, doesn't charge cleaning fee and refunds deposit within a day of checkout. Will return for future visits and highly recommend to friends and families.

Great stay; very cozy; great location; great AC; great owner; excellent price. Condo is located right next to Popponessett Marketplace which has the Coffee Bah, Moto Pizza and the Raw Bar all of which we ate at and were super. The Inn is also right there as well. Great bar inside.
Condo is cozy and comfortable. Fantastic air conditioning. Great water pressure and temperature in shower. Excellent BBQ. Great morning sunshine on patio. Owner was always available when necessary and very friendly. Security deposit returned immediately. Perfect for a couple or family with 2 smaller children. My wife and I truly loved our week there and would go back in a heartbeat. There is no beach or pool access at New Seabury. There is a beach close by but was $40 to park. We also drove 20 minutes to Menahuhant Beach ($20 parking for the day) or Falmouth Heights Beach (lot was full) both of which are worth the gorgeous scenic drive itself! And the beach is great at Menauhant. Note, as with many Cape Cod beaches, they are rocky so bring swim shoes to avoid rocks. show more show less

The condo is just right sized for two couples or families of four. It has excellent use of space and a fantastic view of Dean's Pond. One of our new favorite things to do in Popponesset is to order food to go from the Market Place next door and eat it on the deck overlooking the pond. The condo and kitchen was clean and well equipped. Travel is so much easier when we don't need to pack beach chairs and linens. Carolyn quickly responds to any questions, too.

My husband and I have been renting this beautiful and serene Beach condo for the past 6 years and cherish every moment there! It is right next to a fabulous marketplace with restaurants, bars, fun beach shops, mini golf, live music with dancing and more! The beach is right down the road and is our favorite beach on Cape Cod! I have been vacationing on the Cape my entire life, and I am most happy when we rent this place! We call it our week of paradise and are counting down the days until this year's week! The condo has everything you would need for cooking, barbecuing, beautiful bedrooms with super comfortable beds and our favorite spot is the private back patio that looks over a beautiful pond. I highly recommend renting from Carolyn and know you will enjoy your stay as much as we do! show more show less
