New Listing! We have had wonderful summers here with our children and now grandchildren for over 40 years. This is the first year we have decided to share with renters. Our Cape home is close to the end of a dead-end street full of trees, rabbits, and birds, not traffic. Walk 4 minutes to our spring-fed pond for a swim or grab one of our kayaks and paddle across to the larger sand beach to make sand castles. It is spring-fed, crystal clear, and only for residents of Fells Pond. The pond is also the perfect place for young children to play and swim without worrying about big waves.

If you prefer the ocean, South Cape Beach is an 8-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride. We have 3 adult and 2 kid bikes. It is perfect for swimming, sand castles, and strolling in search of the perfect shell. The sunsets from this beach are spectacular. There is also a 10-minute walking trail from the beach to Waquouit Bay, the perfect place to sail, kayak, swim, or fish. We have 3 kayaks (one, a double), a paddle board, lots of boogie boards, and beach toys. After your day at the beach take a refreshing outdoor shower and sit around our patio table while the gas barbeque heats up.

The kids love going to the Popponeset Marketplace, 5 minutes from the house. There you will find outdoor cafes, boutique shops, ice cream, pizza, the best lobster rolls on Cape Cod, and free concerts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, all summer long.

On the first floor of our home, you will find a large, well-equipped kitchen, a family room with a smart TV, a large front-to-back living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with a bunk and single bed. Here you will find the second bathroom with a tub and shower.
