    We are life long New Englanders who have lived in Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island. Through family we have spent a lot of time on the Cape (Falmouth, Mashpee, Provincetown) as well as Martha's Vineyard. We know what we like when we travel and have tried to include those things in this New Seabury property. Please let us know if there are specific things (type of coffee, cold drink, candy) you would like that perhaps don't show up in the listing - our goal is for you to relax and have a great time. This is our home away from home and we want you to fell the same way.

    What is special about this property?
    We love so many things about this property including the open layout, close proximity to pool, and family friendly quiet environment. Unlike many properties in this price range, we have a full second bathroom and an in unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Another unique feature of this home is we are dog friendly.

    What is special about your town?
    New Seabury is located in Mashpee and is very close to South Cape Beach, Johns Pond Park and Attaquin Beach for swimming and relaxing. There are many golf courses nearby, and Mashpee Commons which is filled with great shopping and restaurants. The Cape Cod Children's Museum is close by and is a great take for the family. It's a great area for families young and old, or couples looking for a relaxing, fun getaway.
