This large (1175 sf) one-bedroom oceanfront villa with two oversize covered decks is located in the Tidewatch condominium complex with just 36 units in New Seabury (NS). It is one of only two communities in NS that have a private beach for use by renters/owners – all others must either rent directly from the New Seabury Club to use their beach, or drive two miles away to the South Cape Beach State Park in Mashpee.

TW is perched high above a stone revetment or breakwater. Our unobstructed views extend south over Nantucket Sound and west to Martha's Vineyard. Just 50' from the surf at high tide, open the windows and see, hear and smell the sea. The living room has an 8' slider to a large covered deck right on the Nantucket Sound. Off the bedroom is a second, huge deck known as the "Ship's Prow" which overlooks our private beach and Martha's Vineyard. Step off the Ship's Prow to an intimate patio with Adirondack chairs or walk down the stone stairs to the beach. Inside feels like an old Cape Cod cottage with beamed white ceilings, but the amenities are all high-end. This 1BR/1BA unit is larger than most two-bedroom cottages in NS and it's all on one floor with no steps out to the decks or anywhere right through to the parking lot. <br /> <br /> We offer four-weeks for less than two-week rentals anywhere else in NS that has beach access, with or without ocean views. Only two communities (TW and Maushop Village) in NS have beach access. All other NS vacationers must drive two miles to the public South Cape Beach in Mashpee. You can only use NS's beach if you stay in one of their 25 expensive rental units, and all but six tiny cottages are two miles from their beach. For a couple desiring beach access our TW villa is your best value for unobstructed views, end-unit privacy, lots of room both inside and out, one-floor convenience and beach access in NS. And, it's directly on a private two-mile long beach.<br /> <br /> Provided are linens, dishware, beach towels, pots & pans, beach chairs, an in-unit washer/dryer; there's even an automatic espresso/cappuccino machine. Furnishings and all deck furniture are upgraded from what is pictured. The new 65" OLED TV has a Sonos Ultra soundbar and vintage Bose 901s for surround sound experience. New leather Ekornes Stressless Recliners swivel to look out over the ocean. There are a dozen Adirondack chairs and gliders, two dining tables and grill on the two covered decks offering 360sf of outdoor space.<br /> <br /> It's a short bike ride, or a 15-minute walk, to the Popponesset Marketplace with its 20+ shops, eatieries, market, etc. Five miles away is Mashpee Commons with over 100 dining options, stores, boutiques, and a supermarket all in a New England village setting.
