In the heart of New Seabury just 300 feet from the New Seabury Club, and brand new to the market, this large one-bedroom unit has nearly full-summer availability. The Tidewatch (TW) condominium complex with just 36 units is perched high above a stone revetment. This end-unit has unobstructed views to the south and west off its two oversize decks, just 50' from the surf at high tide. Open the windows and truly see, hear and smell the sea. The "Ship's Prow" deck overlooks our private beach. Off the deck is an intimate patio with a pair of Adirondack chairs. It's just a 2-minute walk to our private beach, which goes for miles.

Inside is like a Cape Cod cottage with beamed white ceilings, and the amenities are all high-end. Our 1050sf 1BR/1BA is much larger than the "cozy" but tiny 2BR units in Maushop Village, and it's all on one floor with no steps anywhere right to the parking lot. Keeping it simple, we offer four-week stays for less than two-week rentals just about anywhere else in NS that have beach access, with or without ocean views. We also give you four extra days for free, as stays of =32 days avoids the 14.45% short-term Mass. Lodging Tax. There are no booking fees and cleaning is just $175.<br /> <br /> VRBO won't mention that only two (Tidewatch and Maushop Village) of the 29 communities in NS have beach access – All other vacationers must drive two miles to the public South Cape Beach in Mashpee. The NS Club owns a beach (the Cabana Club) which you can use only if you rent directly from NS at high prices, and most of their 25 units are two miles from the Cabana Club. For a couple, TW is an unmatched value with unobstructed views, end unit privacy, lots of room in and out and direct beach access.<br /> <br /> Provided are linens, dishware, beach towels, new pots & pans, beach chairs, in-unit washer/dryer; there's even an automatic espresso/cappuccino machine with free supplies. Furnishings and all deck furniture are upgraded from what is pictured. There's a 65" TV with a Sonos Ultra soundbar and vintage Bose 901s for surround sound speakers. New leather Stressless Recliners swivel to look out over the ocean. Relax!<br /> <br /> Unlike Maushop Village where a third of its 175 tiny cottages are summer rentals; of the 36-units in TW only three or four are summer rentals. It's a brief bike ride, or one-mile walk, to the Popponesset Marketplace with its shops, restaurants, market, etc. Within five miles is Mashpee Commons with over 100 stores, dining options, supermarket and pharmacy.<br /> <br /> Our condo association allows only a few rentals/year so we target monthly rentals. A month with us costs less than two weeks just about anywhere else in New Seabury with beach access. With a four-week (28 day) stay we give you four extra days for free (a $1600 bonus) to hit 32 days – which avoids the 14.5% Mass. short-term lodging tax. Can't take off a full month?
