A former 19th Century Boarding House, the home is now vertically divided into a NORTH UNIT: (17434) - (sleeping 10) and a SOUTH UNIT: (#23474) - (sleeping 8) or both which can be opened to adjoin the WHOLE HOUSE: (#23475) - (sleeping 18).

Decorator designed, this smaller, more rustic Southside has all amenities in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 Queens and a 1/2 Trundle in 2 upstairs bedrooms, a twin trundle in the downstairs bedroom...and a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room). There is a full bathroom on each floor.

Amenities include: ALL linens, dishes & cooking utensils, WI-FI, Cable TV & CD Players, Games, Toys & Beach Equipment, BBQ and Picnic Tables.

There is also a local Manager to assist tenants as needed and an interim cleaning service available at Guest's expense if desired.
NOTE: At the request of previous Guests, a mandatory $125 Vacating Cleaning Fee is now required to insure a consistently high-quality standard of sanitation, cleanliness and inventory between Guests. This also allows our Guests to enjoy the last days of their visit without having to spend time doing laundry and cleaning of the premises.

This site is ideal for families, with a beautiful beach only 20 steps from the front porch. It's also only a 10-minute stroll over the Old Stone Bridge to Onset Village, offering free summer outdoor concerts & movies, canal tours, kayak & boat rentals and nearby golfing, and a 10-minute Drive to the famous Cranberry Highway and all its stores, shops, restaurants and activities such as a Water Park, Miniature Golf, and access over the bridges to the outer Cape and Island Cruises.
