We love our stays at this house. We have been staying here for the past few years and have a deposit for the next year.

This is a beautiful house with sandy private beach. The view is amazing with spectacular sunsets, a wonderful setting for playing or relaxing. Owner was great, helpful, friendly.

Besides the amazing views, everything you need is right here! Beach, privacy, convenience, tranquility. Cable, WIFI, air conditioning and laundry are provided.

We had a wonderful week in mid-June at the Onset property. House, beach, and location were perfect for our needs! Our family enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing for a perfect post-pandemic family vacation.

Owner was VERY responsive to all our questions and made our vacation week so enjoyable. We will return for future summers!

This vacation rental is true to its listing. Fantastic area, close to town with just a short walk even with children. Our host, Benjamin was fantastic and always prompt if we needed anything. The house was perfect. Four bedrooms that accommodated our large family with many children. Our little private nook of the beach was perfect!!!! Steps away, was another little beach for neighboring houses but we never used that or the Onset beach because we had our own area and it was a little piece of heaven. We even left our beach gear there with tent so it was always prepared to be used early next morning. Rooms were large, and had closets! Upstairs were the kids favorite!! Two decent sized full bathrooms to handle bath with the the little ones was easy!! Large window off of deck let in such beautiful light!! Eating dinner while watching the sunsets was spectacular!!! I would highly recommend to all, especially those with little children. Stress free and the water was perfect. show more show less

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach front rental. We would definitely go back. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated and tastefully done. The home was clean and we appreciated the central A/C on the hot July days. We enjoyed sleeping on the upper floor where the room we chose had ocean views...so calming and soothing. The home has its own private beach which we found ideal. It was close to town but also had its privacy. We could see a couple benefiting from the peace and quiet or a family/friends of up to 10 making great use of all the space. We would highly recommend this charming beach home to others. show more show less

Without doubt, this family vacation was one of the best experiences we ever had. Our family have been coming to Onset for the past 10 years. This was our first stay in this house. The house is beautiful with nice and large deck. It is modern, spotlessly clean, has laundry, and air conditioned. Most of the windows of the house had an amazing view of our private beach. I told my husband, with the gorgeous view above the kitchen window, I could spend all day in a kitchen!
The house could not have been in a better location: had a small private beach, grassy backyard and a short walk to town.

If I could, I would give it 10 stars! We already put a deposit for next year!

Benjamin's house on the cove was just what our family needed for a vacation. The place has bunk beds in large bedrooms (there was even enough room to add a couple cousins) and gorgeous views from the rooms for the adults! Our own private beach was the best part!! Kids were on the beach playing all day... because it's on a cove, there were calm waters and little sea creatures for the kids to explore. We loved having dinners overlooking sunsets on the deck and then watching fireflies while playing in the huge yard. Probably a vacation the kids will remember forever, but just in case we're booking for next year too! show more show less
