We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was spotless and very well maintained, and the water views from the hillside are even better in person. We spent most evenings out on the deck grilling and watching the sunset over the bay.

The private beach is a quick walk down the street and the kids loved it. We used the kayaks almost every day. Sam told us the best spots to paddle and gave us lots of good info about the area, which really made a difference. The central AC was also a big plus on the hot days.

Sam was very accommodating from start to finish, quick to respond and full of local recommendations. You can tell he takes real pride in the house. Onset itself is a great little town with beaches, restaurants, and plenty to do, and you skip all the bridge traffic.

We would happily come back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation. Five stars!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and close to onset beach and old silver beach. It is close to downtown Onset which had several restaurants and cute shops.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this most comfortable property. We enjoyed access to the private Sandy Beach as well as staying at home and spending time on the deck with the lovely view of the water and the quaint street where we felt more like residents than guests. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. The property itself was modern, neat and clean and had everything we needed. Our host was so easy to communicate with and clearly wanted us to have a great vacation. We particularly found it convenient to be able to travel back to the Boston area for work or an event when necessary during the week. We were so glad that we were in Onset, and didn't have to navigate traffic across the bridge, to enjoy a Cape feel. We are looking forward to going back next year!

The house was clean and nice, and the deck was a great space to grill and spend time together. We were also just down the block from the water, where my kids spent hours following the lobsters, crabs, and everything else that moved in the water. Thank you!

Sam was a great host and this was much appreciated…very responsive. The house was spotless and in a great location, especially for the end of my Pan Mass Challenge, which ended at Mass Maritime. It was super hot and humid while we were there and the central AC was stellar. Thanks to Sam for a pleasant experience.

We had a great time at this Onset/ Wareham area home. Walk to small local beach just down the street, or further for well-known local treasure - Onset Beach. Quiet street with friendly neighbors. Really amazing front porch and side deck. Fully equipped grill. Very clean, with bed linens, and towels provided. Really appreciated central AC which worked well and is uncommon in the area. Renovated and modern good size bathroom with walk-in shower. Large master BR w/TV, second BR with 2 twins, third room off kitchen with two more twins and TV, and 2 extra beds in basement (we didn't use). Living room with two modern comfortable sofas and good size smart TV to stream our favorite shows. More than enough space for adult and three teens. Full size washer and dryer worked well. Lovely backyard partially fenced to let our dog get out his zoomies. Great location to visit cape cod canal, whale watching, go boating, and hit bay beaches. Also great starting point for day trips to hyannis, sandwhich, martha's vineyard, nantucket or province town.

We were looking forward to our vacation to onset weeks before we arrived and onset did not disappoint! It is a beautiful little town surrounded by coves and beaches with plenty to do for the whole family. As a big outdoors person, I enjoyed the biking, boating and kayaking onset had to offer. At night, there was always family friendly festivals that the locals arranged that my family and I enjoyed. Our accommodations can not have been better. The house has a gorgeous wood cabin feel with plenty of space for everyone as well as a cozy fireplace! The decks are large and perfect for sunset dinners and there are plenty of windows overlooking the cove. Sam was very helpful and understanding. He was available for anything we needed before, after and during our stay. We will definitely be coming back! 5 stars!

This is a great rental property, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Great location very private neighborhood and great neighbors. Sam is very easy to get ahold of and very easy to work with.

This was the perfect family getaway! You can tell the host takes real pride in their home as the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated giving the perfect vacation vibe. The host was a pleasure to deal with, accommodating to all our needs and made it worth the travel from far.We really enjoyed to wake up before our kids and sit on the patio watching the sun rise over the water. The proximity of this home is within minutes walk to the water. We are enjoyed swimming, boating, biking around the town and seeing all that onset has to offer. We look forward to making this a yearly vacation spot!!
