Walk to the village for your morning coffee and shops. Very, Very quiet and safe.

Cottage is well maintained VERY VERY CLEAN!!! (it is our own cottage not a STR for profit) You will find everything you need to feel at home but no extra clutter!

    Hi there, my husband and I have owned this cottage as our own vacation spot for over 15 years. We often go back to the Cape to visit relatives and make our family memories! We are not in the rental business, instead offer our home to enjoy on the weeks we will not be there. You will get personal homeowner attention for anything you need : )

    What is special about this property?
    This cottage is special to us. We keep it well maintained and CLEAN. We love the 2 sitting rooms, for a little separation. The yard is huge and we sit out in the Adirondack chairs to enjoy our morning coffee or read a book.
    We love the house this size, never feels too cluttered and easy to care for.

    What is special about your town?
    Osterville is special, it has that small village charm, walk to many shops and speak with the owners, dont miss Gone Chocolate ice cream! or Tomatoes flat pizzas!
    We love to sit out at the cheese shop or at the first class library and watch the town a buzz especially around the 4th of July.
