We rented this home in Osterville for our Family of 4. I can't get over the proximity to such great beaches, shops and restaurants! The layout of the house worked very well for our family of 4. The home is spacious and meticulously maintained. Plenty of room to enjoy the home together and a quiet secluded master suite for a few quiet lazy mornings. Nothing beats enjoying your morning coffee or cocktails and lobsters on the awesome, shady patio behind the house!

Coming from Southern California, my family really wanted to experience Cape Cod. This house was the perfect place for us to explore various areas. From local beaches, to Nantucket, and visiting as many lighthouses as possible, this house was the perfect home base for the 8 of us.

Wish we could visit every summer!

We just returned from our week on the Cape. Tiffany's home was comfortable and spacious. It's located on a quiet street, with a very short drive to lovely beaches and ponds. Dowses Beach is resident-only, is well cared for, and never felt crowded, which was important to us in this time of Covid.

My kids adored the full-size bunk beds and outdoor shower, and appreciated borrowing fun beach toys for the week.

We would love to come again.
