Jump in the car for short drive to Mashpee Commons for world-class shopping in an outdoor plaza, or head to neighboring Hyannis, Sandwich and Falmouth with countless restaurants, shopping, beaches and Cape Cod Baseball!
The house is filled with cozy areas for quiet time, or congregating with friends and family. The main floor offers a bright primary bedroom with huge windows to the backyard, a seating area where you can curl up and read a book with the private backyard view of a small pond a king size bed and a large closet. With blackout curtains, you can sleep late, the neighborhood is very quiet. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking with tons of countertop space and plenty of storage. While you are cooking, your family can be seated the large sun-filled dining room with a farm table for 8-10 people- perfect for family gatherings and puzzles. In addition, the first floor includes a cozy living room with views of the private backyard, two couches, where you can snuggle and watch a movie, open the console and find games and puzzles, or read a book.
On the second floor there are two large sunshiny bedrooms, one with 2 full beds, the other a queen and a daybed, and a large full bathroom.
The lower floor is a great game playing, hangout space with sectional, a game table and a large TV with all of the streaming subscriptions you could want, as well as an XBox. There is also a bunk room with a twin over full bunk as well as another twin bed. The lower level has a full bathroom as well as a walk out to the private fenced in yard where you can play cornhole or spikeball (stored in the garage) and outdoor shower.
There is also loft above the garage outfitted for kids and teens with 4 beds, beanbags and large tv/gaming.
The large secluded courtyard is filled with beautiful plantings and a wisteria climbing up the pergola. The courtyard has a grill, fire pit and tons of seating to enjoy the twinkling lights on the pergola while you are grilling, or to hang out and get some sun, or congregate after you return from the beach.
