We had such a wonderful time in this gorgeous cape cod home. It is just as pictured and even nicer in person!! The home is beautifully decorated and clean ,bright and so welcoming. Beth, the owner, has everything you would need for the beach from beach towels, beach chairs, suntan lotion, etc. The house is fully equipped with linens, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils. It is so convenient to downtown and beaches. It has plenty of space to just relax, play games, watch TV, or cook in or out on the patio with a BBQ and fire pit.
We enjoyed many days at the beach along with going into town for ice cream and shopping!
Beth made it seamless to move in and check out and is always available for any questions you may have.
This is a must to rent for your cape get away! We will definitely be back.

I had the great fortune of having a 2 week vacation in Osterville. This home was equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly want or need to be comfortable! It is set in a beautiful community with welcoming neighbors. There are fresh and salt water beaches right in town. We thoroughly enjoyed the local eateries, gift & thrift shops, fishing, shell seeking, artisans, bike & walking paths. There is so much to do here, you do not need to leave Osterville/Barnstable to have a fulfilling Cape Cod experience. This home is spacious, modern, and simply put warm & welcoming. What an amazing property in the heart of the Cape! The house has everything you could possibly need and more! Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, a library of books, games, passes to the local beaches, etc.
Beth, the owner, is incredibly gracious and could not have made us feel more welcome. We cannot wait to return next summer!! Don't hesitate to book this property!!

Plenty of space in this super quaint and wonderfully situated Cape home with lots of amenities including a patio, outdoor grill, picnic tables, fire pit, indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, beach pass, and outdoor shower. The house was fully stocked plus it came with sheets and plenty of towels (including beach towels). It was also very clean and comfortable and was the perfect getaway for my family. We will be back again next year!

Beautiful, clean, modern, updated home in Osterville. The comfortable home is lovingly maintained and offers something for everyone! From intimate corners for quiet conversations to great rooms for family games. The loft space above the barn is the PERFECT spot for kids/teens to goof around! The private outdoor patio is ideal for sun and shade to enjoy morning coffee, late night cocktails and everything in between.

I would stay again and again and again...

We spent time at this beautiful, newly renovated retreat in April. As the first guests we took a leap of faith, no reviews always scare me. We could not have been happier. The house is bright and open. We have kids who are 23 and 19 so we really appreciated the ability to give everyone their own space for relaxing and then come together at the great big farm table in the kitchen. Nooks and crannies everywhere for some work from home, sitting with a good book or doing puzzles. The courtyard is a wonderful space for relaxing, so private and quiet. The beds are comfy, the house is immaculate and so much fun is close by. show more show less
