We will provide 2 kayaks and a Barnstable beach pass to use at any of the 7 public beaches in Barnstable!

    What is special about this property?
    Water views from the expansive back of the house and sizeable back yard. Pool/hot tub and boating dock bookend this recreational property ideal for a family reunion. Plenty of quiet space inside the home. Generous galley kitchen and dining space for large gatherings. Two private offices for an ''executive in residence''.

    What is special about your town?
    Sited on a narrow slice of Barnstable's Marstons Mills Village on Oyster Harbors North Bay, above Osterville Grand Island between the Cotuit and Osterville mainland. Arrive by boat or air, Barnstable Airport lands commercial, charter, and private airplanes. Town of Barnstable has 6 public beaches (5 ocean, 1 pond) and boat ramp at nearby Prince Cove Marina. Many shopping outlets and major retail centers in Hyannis Village. Close proximity to dining and shopping inside Popponesset at the popular Market Place, great ocean views from the New Seabury dining room. Find more upscale shopping and wide selection of restaurants at the Mashpee Commons.
