Should you need anything, we"re just a text away and happy to assist with any questions or concerns.<br /> <br /> To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the House Manual located on the kitchen counter. It contains important information including house rules and nearby attractions for you to explore.<br /> <br /> Our house rules are straightforward but crucial for all guests:<br /> • No onsite parties or group events are permitted.<br /> • Minimum age requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and all guests must be listed on the agreement with a government-issued photo identification on file. The guest agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.<br /> • Strict guest policy: No more than 10 guests and 4 cars are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host in advance. Any undeclared guests will be charged $150 per day per guest.<br /> • Please note, we do NOT allow any animals; no exceptions due to severe allergies in our family.<br /> • No illegal substances, smoking, or vaping permitted on or around the property. A $500 fee will be charged for evidence of pets or smoking in the house, and immediate removal of the pet will be required.<br /> • Video surveillance: Exterior areas of the home are monitored by video surveillance for safety and liability purposes. Please refrain from disabling, unplugging, or obscuring cameras, as this may result in eviction without refund.<br /> • Beach parking permit/pass: The beach parking permit provided by the town is non-refundable and non-replaceable. If lost, a $500 charge will apply for a replacement pass. Please be mindful to keep it safe when in use, as it is a complimentary bonus we would love to provide to you during your stay.<br /> • Respectful and responsible use: Please treat the home with care and respect. Any damage caused to furniture, appliances, or the property as a whole must be paid for by the guests.
