Max overnight occupancy of 10 people. The pool is open and heated through October 9, 2026. Whole-home central air conditioning will help ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, along with four streaming TVs located in the main-floor television area, the first-floor primary bedroom, the second-floor king suite, and the second-floor bedroom with two queen beds. All linens and towels are provided. No pets, please. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The garage is for storage only.<br />

Bookings up until 8/29/26 require a five night minimum rental period, with check in/out on any day. Bookings after that require a four night minimum rental period, with check in/out any day. Booking is subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a nonrefundable fee of $150 to $250, which covers administrative services and damage-waiver protection for up to $1,000 in self-reported incidental damage.<br />

Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will contact you to explain the process for signing the required rental agreement. Additional damage protection is also required for this home. The preferred option is the purchase of damage insurance providing $5,000 in coverage. In lieu of purchasing this coverage, a refundable security deposit of $2,500 will be added to the reservation.
