Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation in quiet Pocasset - three houses to Barlows Landing Beach and pier. Our house originally belong to Captain Daniel Kendrick and was built circa 1820. It is believed that the house was built on the mainland, and traveled across the frozen bay by horse drawn palates. When we purchased the property in 2019, we loved the original hardwood floors, fireplace, and bowed windows. In 2020, we restored the antique house and added a new addition with new kitchen, bathrooms, living room, laundry room, and outside porch. The addition was seamlessly joined to the antique house to give you the best of both worlds.

The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including two bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds and a full bath with curbless shower. The second floor has a primary bedroom with private bath with tub/shower; an additional bedroom with two full beds and an additional bathroom. There are two living spaces with TV's. Full size laundry, reading nook, and porch with rocking chairs and table and chairs. Plantation shutters throughout. Large yard for playing bocce or badminton. Enclosed outside shower for after a day at the beach. Mature gardens. Picnic bench and propane grill for a BBQ. Room for 4 cars in driveway.
