Minutes after crossing the Bourne Bridge you can let the ocean air relax you and help leave your worries behind. You will find our home away from home located in a quiet, family friendly, neighborhood in Pocasset. Neighbors of all ages enjoy bike rides, walking their dogs and taking leisurely strolls throughout the days and evenings. This bright and sunny retreat is the perfect spot for families with children of any age, couples and friends to enjoy your Cape Cod vacation, mini getaway or weekend reset.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a 5 minute walk to the beach, (3 tenths of a mile). Local spots include a fish market to pick-up dinner to grill and eat in at home, along with great restaurants for a fun meal out. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig and all the essentials.

The open concept dining and living areas are cozy and comfortable, great for curling up with a good book on a rainy day or watching a movie at night. You have use of the outside shower that"s perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach, the gas grill, WiFi, A/C, in addition to the washer and dryer in the basement. There"s a pack-n-play for any little ones. <br /> <br /> The master bedroom includes plenty of storage for your personal items, an en-suite with a stand-up shower and a queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a dual sized bunk bed, with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top, and there is a variety of toys and books for home use as well as toys for the beach. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of storage. The second bathroom is conveniently located right outside the bedrooms with a tub and shower combo.
