    We're a family of five that lives in north central Massachusetts. We love coastal New England and the life long memories it creates for families. We've rented summer homes on the Cape and beyond for 20 years and finally took the leap to purchase our own vacation home in 2026. We are thrilled to be able to share our home with you, and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home was built in 1930 and has a certain coastal charm that has been accentuated with modern comforts, furnishings, and decor. The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming with ease of access to the beach and nearby amenities. That combined with the comfort and space of the home sets it apart. It's a great home for families and extended families.

    What is special about your town?
    Pocasset is a beautiful, quiet area that takes you away from the traffic and overdeveloped beach areas. A short distance from the Bourne Bridge with multiple access points, it's easy to get in and out of Pocasset. While you're here, there's lots to explore with area beaches, marinas, wildlife and more. Situated right on Buzzard's Bay, the ecosystem is rich with birds, fish, and other sea life. Swimmers, boaters, fishermen, birdwatchers and nature lovers alike will enjoy this area. The house is walkable to many conveniences, and more are within a 10 minute drive.
