Park your car and enjoy. An air-conditioned four bedroom, 2 bath house (sleeps 10). Located in the village of Popponesett, which is within- but not part of- New Seabury (Mashpee, MA). The house is equipped with cable and wireless internet access- bring your laptop.
This 8 room home is on a dead-end street and a two minute walk to Popponessett Beach. Load up the wagon and go.
•Less than 100 yards from Dean Pond to fish, and feed ducks. A one minute walk across a foot bridge over Dean Ponds to Popponesett Beach.
•The Popponesett Marketplace is less than a 10 minute walk. Every weekend the market place offers live music (family oriented). The Marketplace also has restaurants including: The Raw Bar (famous for its Lobster Roll), Seafood Cafe, Pizza, Ice cream, Candy Store, Mini-Golf, A quaint café serving coffee, desserts and sandwiches and a country store as well as specialty shops.
•Popponessett Beach is located on the Nantucket Sound side of Cape Cod, the beach has a small surf and the warmest water on the Cape.
•While staying in the house you will have access to the activities of the Popponesett Beach Association - there are teen dances, craft classes, weekly movie night, bingo night and a softball game every morning.
