The home consists of 3 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 sets of twins) and two full bath and laundry machines. Enjoy the shuffleboard court while gazing at the ocean. The home also has TV, DVD, cable, high speed internet, a good size deck with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

    I can't say enough great things about this house and about the landlord. I grew up in the neighborhood year round and have rented here for years so I am familiar with the rental landscape. This is hands down the best place I have ever rented. First, it's right on the water. The view is amazing and the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. The cottage is on the best section of Popponesset Beach (1/2 way between the Marketplace and the Community Center and before the sea wall starts). The house is clean and cute and really nicely decorated. And finally, the landlord is a super nice guy. I almost don't want to write this review because then I will have to fight all you people for next year! Anyway, do yourselves a favor and rent this place. You will be very very happy. show more show less
