Third floor suite includes a bedroom with a queen bed; full bath; balcony; separate room with soaking tub; and sitting room (''the Turret'') with a sectional sofa and magnificent views.

Outside includes a covered front porch, an open patio with outdoor dining table, outdoor shower, ample parking for up to 5 cars, both gas and charcoal barbecues, and a large back yard with a vegetable and herb garden.

Steps from our own private beach, accessible only to residents and guests staying in the 35 homes in the Rock Landing association. Steps away from dining and drinks at the Popponesset Inn, as well as the Popponesset Marketplace.
