Welcome to Casa Sirena! ''Mermaid House'' is a beautiful, newly renovated, two-story home, with a private yard located on Dean's Pond in the private community of Popponesset. The home has 3+ bedrooms, 3 full baths and a quick 4-minute walk to private Popponesset Beach. Beach pass (''flag'') included.

Come in and cool off! The A/C in on! Relax with your morning cup of coffee while sitting outside on the front deck. Enjoy cooking in the new, well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the appliances and pantry staples you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Gather everyone around the large dining table for meals. Feel like burgers and hot dogs instead? Step outside and throw some on the gas grill. Dig in while sitting under the umbrella at the wrought iron table. Get comfy on the new living room set while watching your favorite movies on the 65'' smart TV. Thirsty? Make a fun cocktail in the quaint bar with a Mexican feel. A full bath complete with a tub for the kids is also available on the first floor. Here you will also find plenty of beach towels in linen closet. Rainy day? No problem! There are plenty of classic board games here to play.

There is plenty of room for 10 to sleep comfortably in the lovely 4 bedrooms and loft upstairs. Choose from the king bed in the private master suite, the queen bed with the large deck complete with sitting area, the queen bed with the quaint balcony and bistro set, the cozy room w/ twin beds perfect for the kids, or the day bed w/ trundle in the loft area. Linens provided. If you need to take a shower, choose from any of the 3 brand new full baths, or go outdoors to the new enclosed shower. Enjoy the breeze!

Spend some time at the Popponesset Marketplace where you can enjoy pizza, ice cream, a lobster roll from the famous “Raw Bar” and other quaint shops. Listen to the music at one of the weekly free concerts or play a game of mini-golf there. Take in a round of golf at the world-renowned New Seabury Golf Club or go for a bike ride to the Community Center or the marina. There are 4 bikes here at the house for the whole family to use. After a fun day on the beach, stroll over to enjoy a romantic dinner at the Popponesset Inn restaurant, or enjoy a cocktail at the Lure Bar while watching the sunset on the spectacular beach. Rental includes access to the Community Center, which has many activities for kids and a park to play baseball, soccer, movie nights, craft nights, etc.

If you feel like going for a short drive, Mashpee Commons and South Cape Beach are right up the road. We are located about 11 miles from either Falmouth or Hyannis if you're feeling a little more adventurous. Maybe you want to take a ferry for the day to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Both docks are a short ride away. Plan a day trip to Provincetown and see all of the lovely scenery on the way, including the National Seashore.

However you choose to spend your vacation, ''Mermaid House” has all your family needs for a fun, relaxing, and memorable time. Rented either by the week, Sunday to Sunday or monthly, June – September.
