I'm excited to share our family home with you—this property has been thoughtfully renovated to include everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. It's a special place for us, and we've put a lot of care into making it comfortable, welcoming, and fully equipped for our guests.

This is our first time offering this home as a rental, though we've previously hosted guests at another property we own in Plymouth. We truly enjoy the experience of helping people feel at home while they're away.

We hope you'll love your time here as much as we do, and we're happy to make our home yours during your stay.

What is special about this property?
What makes our home special is the care and attention we've put into a full renovation, creating a space that's both comfortable and easy to enjoy for a perfect beach getaway. Each bedroom features brand new beds, and every room is equipped with a smart TV for your convenience. The home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, along with a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator in the basement for added space.

To keep you comfortable year-round, we've installed brand new mini-splits for air conditioning. After a day at the beach, you'll love rinsing off in the new outdoor shower. We also provide beach chairs, so you can pack light and head straight to the sand.

Outside, you can relax around the firepit or enjoy cooking on the gas grill—we keep it fully stocked with propane so it's always ready to go.

The location truly can't be beat—you can be sitting on the beach one minute and back at the house enjoying lunch the next. It's just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. There's also a nearby community center with swings for the kids, and we're only about a 1.5-mile drive to the Popponesset Inn—making this the perfect spot if you're attending a wedding or event there.

Mashpee and Popponesset offer the perfect blend of classic Cape Cod charm and convenience. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, relaxed coastal vibe, and family-friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a getaway.
You're just a short ride to Falmouth Center, where you'll find great restaurants, boutique shopping, and plenty of spots to explore. Even closer, Mashpee Commons—less than 3 miles away—offers a wide variety of great restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences in a charming outdoor setting.
For a day trip, you're also just a quick Uber ride to the Woods Hole ferry, making it easy to spend the day on Martha's Vineyard.
Whether you're looking to relax by the water, explore nearby towns, or enjoy some of the Cape's best food and shopping, this location gives you easy access to it all.
