Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Jimmy Majestic Cottage. This property is located in the fabulous East End, across the street from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This cottage is just 200 yards from the nearest beach with its own parking (2 spots). In addition to central AC, other amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower - and linens are provided.
Two Bedrooms with Queen Size Beds are upstairs and One Bedroom with a Full Size Bed is Downstairs.
Come Relax and Enjoy!!!
Please note - during the busy summer months June - September we ask for only weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday.

    We loved it!

    Wow, what a beautiful home and wonderful location, convenient to the Bay, the National Seashore beaches, and P'town. The P'town tennis club is literally across the street which we used 4 times. The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished, has been completely renovated and filled with high-end European appliances. Very effective air conditioning, ample hot water from an on-demand heater, wonderful deck with large Weber grill, and a small lawn with huge umbrella. Parking for 2 cars. The amazing East End Market is short walk or ride away, and Stop and Shop is across town. There were ample supplies of household supplies and even hand sanitizer and masks, though we had our own. Kevin is a wonderful host! This rental exceeded our expectations. We hope to return next summer. show more show less

    Hidden gem in P-town

    What a wonderful find this was for a quick mini vacation on the beautiful Outer Cape. Visiting the east coast from San Francisco, we were looking to spend a few days at the beach for our family of 5. This home is beautifully appointed and located just close enough to Commercial St restaurants, bars and shops to be walkable yet feel peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for gourmet meals, the deck is great for relaxing and the entire home is appointed beautifully in every way. We appreciated the outdoor shower especially.     Beautiful little home right in town

    We rented this cottage for the week of August 11-18, 2018. The photos of the home are fantastic but it is even better in person! It is located right in town, far enough away to be peaceful at night and yet is within walking and biking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street. The home itself is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous woodwork, amazing interior design and the best outdoor space/deck lined with hydrangeas in full bloom. We had 3 teenage girls and a French Bulldog with us and everyone enjoyed the house. The WiFi is fast, the AC can be individually adjusted in every room and the beds are so comfortable, it was better than a 5 star hotel. Kevin was very responsive to texts and let my daughters use the bikes he had at the house. The outdoor shower was a bonus after long days at the beach. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in Provincetown. We will definitely be back next year. show more show less

    My name is Kevin McLaughlin, I own a Custom Upholstery Shop in Everett MA. So, I spend my time during the week working at the shop. I won the house next to the rental cottage. So, on the weekends I spend my time there enjoying all PTown has to offer!

    What is special about this property?
    This property has (2) parking spaces which is unheard of in Ptown.
    Also, the fact it has three bedrooms makes it very comfortable for 3 adult couples to stay.


    What is special about your town?
    Provincetown is not only known for its great restaurants and night life.
    It also has a huge local artist community, amazing beaches, and acres of productive national habitat.
