Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): Off season monthly fees range from $1500.00 to $3000.00. In-season as calendar availability allows and in the off-season. In season long term rentals are based on the weekly rental fee times the number of weeks. The advantage of a long term rental is not having to pay the 14.45% MA tax. There is a $200.00 cleaning fee for a long term rental unless a weekly cleaning is preferred and then it is $200.00 per cleaning.

    We are a group of friends currently living in Pennsylvania. We love Provincetown and decided to find a place we call our own. We were lucky enough to find ''Imagine'' - it is the name we have given our little place of heaven. It is truly our 354 sq. ft. of Paradise.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is wonderfully located in Provincetown on the East End. We share two common decks with other owners which are available for use by our renters. The views of the harbor, the pier and the sunrise over the water are outstanding. Our little place has everything you could need for an enjoyable vacation in Provincetown.

    What is special about your town?
    Provincetown is an eclectic, fun-filled little village at the tip of Cape Cod. Art Galleries, unique shops, wonderful restaurants to suit any flavor palette, nightlife complete with music, dancing, comedy and theatre. Provincetown is one of the most openly diverse and accepting communities in the country. It is really a cozy, charming, and comfortable places to be.
