Walk the beach to town in about 30 minutes, or take the shuttle, which stops at the entrance to the Beach Point condo association. Beach Point is a laid-back, friendly neighborhood of summer homes, many of which have been passed down among families for generations. Very quiet and charming - a quintessential summer community! Parking for 2 cars included with the rental.

Enjoy bay breezes and beautiful views from the primary bedroom and private deck, and dinners outside on the patio. Read a book on the sunny three-season porch, or search for sea glass on the beach. Gather around the large flat screen TV in the living room or play a game of cards. This beautiful seaside home offers a tranquil oasis to relax and get away from it all. <br /> <br /> The gourmet kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook, and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher and wine cooler. An abundance of small appliances and other cooking trinkets are also available for you to enjoy. The beautiful marble island is perfect for a bite of breakfast, and the large dining table can comfortably seat 8 for more formal meals. There is also outdoor dining with umbrella and gas grill on the patio, which can be accessed directly from a door off of the kitchen.
