We always love staying here. The location can't be beat and the condo is always clean and user friendly. Best place in Provincetown.

We have had the luxury to stay at this property with our two girls many times over the last few years and it never fails to be amazing. The location itself is one thing: 180 degrees of ocean view... all the time, footsteps away from the fun and food of Commercial Street, all the outside space you can imagine. Then there is the inside. It doesn't feel like a rental property, it feels like a fabulous home. The master bedroom is surrounded by windows and no neighbors so we could wake up to the sunrise and watch people walk their dogs. The girls stayed in the second bedroom which is cozy and beautiful (and purple, which they love). I'd say the art-work in the bathrooms is one of the coolest things about the place. The kids love playing in the sand and flying kites all day right outside the window. Or we walk to the library to see the boat or play in the kids area. The Wired Puppy usually provides us with breakfast and the Mews for dinner (if we are lucky). Thank you Whisperingdeer and Sharon for all of your help! show more show less

What can I say this is a wonderful condo right on the beach. You walk right out of your living room onto a deck that overlooks the water. Take a few more steps you are right on the beach! The condo was very clean and well stocked. Sharon answered all of my questions and was a dream to work with. I have raved to all my friends and relatives about this listing! Oh and try the Mews it is our favorite place to dine. I can not say enough and we can not wait to go back. The pictures do not do it justice! show more show less

I have stayed at this cottage/condo every year for the past few years. It is one of the most charmingly decorated places I've ever stayed. There are doors that open onto a patio with views of the bay. It is conveniently located, comfortable, and affordable. The owners are extremely accommodating, and everything is always clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Four of us stayed for 6 nights. The condo and its location were perfect for us. We found the condo to be more spacious than it appears in the ad, with furnishings both comfortable and ample. We all agreed that the kitchen was the best equipped of any place any of the four of us has stayed. The deck is lovely, and views of the water just as described, with high tide rising right up to the deck's edge. It's worth getting up early to see the sunrise--so beautiful. Location on Commercial St. was perfect, with most art galleries in one direction and more lively life in the other direction. Definitely a place that beckons a return visit. show more show less

This is an incredible property. The unit is bright and has a wonderful cross breeze when the entrance door and beach sliders are opened. They have everything from comfortable furniture to an extremely well stocked kitchen, not that I cooked! With so many great restaurants all within walking distance we made this get-away a true vacation.

I was at this property for the month of March.

It was a joy to be there. The place is beautifully furnished with lot of funky joy - e.g Marilyn Monroe bathroom. The living room looks out on the harbor and you can see the harbor from both bathrooms and hear the water lapping up on the beach.

The furniture is comfortable. You can walk out on the deck or go directly to the beach and take a good walk or walk into town easily.

This condo is perfect for someone who wants quieter getaway! Because it is fully equipped, with a great kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, and even a washer and dryer!! you can plan to bring your groceries and stay near the condo or the adjoining beach -- 10 feet away!! The condo is RIGHT ON THE BEACH and the tide nearly feels like it comes up to the back door at night. The view is perfect and you can sit on the large deck to eat, sunbathe, eat a meal or hang out. For an introvert like me, who has a hard time with crowds, it's just what i needed...a parking spot, quiet, private and beautiful!!! show more show less
