Gorgeous views of Provincetown Harbor, McMillian Wharf, Long Point Light and Pilgrim Monument. This property has been in the same family for over 40 years. Very desirable, private and rare location, right off of historic Commercial Street in the charming, quiet East End. Walk or bike to all of the restaurants, art galleries and more!

One bedroom with queen bed, TV, with balcony, large bathroom with washer/dryer unit on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen on the 1st floor with everything you need to cook or just relax and have a glass of wine. Living room with sofabed (queen Tempur-Pedic, good for 1 adult or 2 small children),1/2 bathroom, TV, Wifi and speakers. Massive deck with XL sun umbrella, large teak table with seating for six. Two large teak loungers. One parking spot for small car or small SUV. For large cars and trucks; contact us for other parking arrangements. Pet friendly.

Zoltan's Landing is a weekly rental and is open during the off-season. Contact us for availability.

    You may be curious about our name, Zoltan Gluck immigrated to the United States in 1957 and, within 10 years, opened a gallery in Provincetown. The old captain's house that homed his gallery came with a rundown down shack built specifically to keep deckhands out of the main house. 10 years ago Zoltan's family was able to revitalize the area, commit to a dune restoration, and construct the cottage at Zoltan's Landing.
